Description
Automatic light on movement – with infrared motion sensor
The LED floodlight with built-in infrared motion sensor switches the light on automatically as soon as movement is detected, and off again after an adjustable time – saving energy and providing security and comfort. The warm white light (3000 K) creates a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere – ideal for entrances, terraces and residential surroundings.

How the infrared motion sensor works
The built-in infrared motion sensor detects people within a 120° angle and switches the floodlight on automatically when movement occurs – after the set time has elapsed it turns off again by itself. Three rotary controls let you fine-tune the sensor: LUX (day/night operation or switching threshold), TIME (hold time from approx. 10 seconds to several minutes) and SENS (sensitivity or range up to approx. 10 m). This way the floodlight only lights up when it is really needed – saving energy and increasing security. A permanent-on mode can also be activated.

Mounting & connection
The floodlight is connected to 230 V (connection: L = brown, N = blue, sensor output L’ = red). It is mounted via the adjustable bracket on a wall or ceiling; an installation height of 1–4 m is optimal for the sensor. We recommend that installation and connection be carried out only by a qualified electrician with the supply disconnected.
Applications
The 10 W floodlight is ideal for house entrances, front doors, small paths, carports and terraces. Thanks to the infrared motion sensor it lights up automatically as soon as someone approaches – so you find your way to the front door safely at night without searching for a switch. At frequently used entrance areas it provides comfort and a sense of security. It also works well as discreet lighting for house numbers, letterboxes or garden paths.
Why this floodlight pays off
With its infrared motion sensor, this floodlight pays off from day one: the light only comes on when someone is actually there – noticeably cutting electricity costs while protecting the environment. At the same time it adds security, as suddenly illuminated light reliably deters unwelcome visitors. You will never come home in the dark again, never have to search for a switch and always have your hands free. The rugged aluminium housing is weatherproof to IP66 and withstands wind and weather for many years. Thanks to easy installation and a long 50,000-hour lifespan, the floodlight is an investment that quickly pays for itself.
