120W Mildbeam LED High Bay Light 4000K 19,200 lm, UGR<21, CREE LEDs, OSRAM Driver
Description
LED High Bay Light Mildbeam 120W | 19,200lm | UGR<21 | IP65 & IK10 Pro Quality
Maximum light output meets professional glare control: Our Mildbeam LED high bay light with 120 watts is the high-efficiency solution for demanding lighting tasks in sports facilities, industry, and logistics. With an impressive efficiency of 160 lm/W and a luminous flux of 19,200 lumens, this luminaire replaces conventional hall lighting while saving up to 90% in energy costs.
Why this luminaire is the right choice: Whether for tennis, football, or golf halls, high-bay warehouses, or production facilities – thanks to UGR<21 glare control, it is approved for VDU workstations and extended training sessions. The aluminium housing with IK10 certification withstands the toughest mechanical stress, making the Mildbeam the ideal choice for ball-impact-safe sports environments.
Your Advantages in Operation and Installation
- Pro-Grade vs. Standard High Bay Lights: While many 120W luminaires only achieve 130–140 lm/W, the Mildbeam delivers high-efficiency 160 lm/W at LED level – for 19,200 lumens of true system output (Energy Efficiency Class D on the new EU scale A–G, equivalent to A++ under the old standard). At its core is an OSRAM driver with active PFC filter and multi-stage protection.
- 1-10V Dimming Interface: Reduce lighting to 10% during training sessions or when areas are unoccupied – this saves energy twice over and provides orientation light without dark zones.
- Microwave Sensor Compatibility: The dimming interface enables automatic control via motion and presence detectors – no more manual switching required.
- Glare-Free Working: UGR<21 means fatigue-free light, even during shift work or hours-long training sessions under hall roofs.
- Colour Fidelity: With CRI > 80, colours appear natural – essential for sports broadcasts, quality inspections, and fine assembly work.
- Flexible Mounting: Suspension via two pre-assembled steel cables – the luminaire is ready for use in minutes and securely adapts to various ceiling heights. For side wall mounting, we recommend our compatible : Mounting Bracket.
- Power Factor > 0.95: Budget drivers often operate with PF < 0.5. For commercial operations, this means high reactive power costs. Our integrated OSRAM driver works highly efficiently and saves additional grid charges.
- Longevity: With a lifespan of 50,000 hours (L90B10) and an operating temperature range of -40 to +50°C, this luminaire is virtually maintenance-free.

Applications
- Sports Facilities: Tennis, football, golf, and multi-purpose halls with high demands on glare control and ball-impact safety.
- Industry & Logistics: High-bay warehouses, production halls, loading areas – ideal for mounting heights from 3 to over 10 metres.
- Workshops & Trades: Automotive workshops, joineries, metalworking with glare-free light for precision tasks.
- Events & Exhibition Halls: Temporary lighting with maximum efficiency and flexible dimming control.
Light Colour Details
- 4000K (Neutral White): The "gold standard" for productive work environments and sports facilities. Activating, natural light that promotes concentration and renders colours faithfully – ideal for production halls, warehouses, and training operations.
- Distinction from Cool White (6000K): Cool white light can quickly appear sterile in halls and cause eye fatigue. Neutral white offers the optimal compromise between alertness and visual comfort.
Frequently Asked Questions About the Mildbeam High Bay Light
- What is the optimal mounting height? With a 110° beam angle, this luminaire is suitable for heights from 3 to over 10 metres. For extremely high halls (>12 m), we recommend narrower beam optics – please contact us for advice.
- Can I connect multiple luminaires to one 1-10V dimmer? Yes, you can wire multiple Mildbeam luminaires in parallel to a single 1-10V control line. Observe the maximum control load of your dimmer.
- Is CRI>80 sufficient for sports broadcasts? For training and amateur sports, CRI>80 is perfectly adequate. For TV broadcasts in Full HD or 4K, we recommend luminaires with CRI>90 – ask us for expert guidance.
- Is this luminaire suitable for permanent outdoor use? Thanks to IP65, it is dust-tight and protected against water jets. For permanent outdoor use without a roof, we recommend our dedicated LED Floodlights.
