Installation

Mount the Frame to the Ceiling in 6 Steps

Step 1 Unpack aluminium profiles and screws from the package.	Step 2 Join profiles into a rectangle and fix screws at the corners.	Step 3 Mark drill holes and prepare the cable feed-through.
Step 4 Firmly screw the frame to the ceiling.	Step 5 Insert the Back-Lit panel into the frame from below and connect the wiring.	Step 6 Insert the final profile strip – installation complete.

Electrical installation should be performed by a qualified electrician. The Back-Lit panel is not included.

Answers to Common Questions About the Black Surface-Mount Frame

Isn’t the black frame too eye-catching?

On the contrary – in the right rooms, the black frame becomes an elegant design element. It sharpens the contour of the luminous panel and harmonises with dark furniture, anthracite wall elements, black architectural details (door frames, windows, fittings) and modern industrial style.

Is the Back-Lit panel included in the package?

No. The delivery contains only the black surface-mount frame with mounting hardware and guide. Please order the matching Back-Lit panel separately in the corresponding size.

How does the frame look with the panel switched on?

The white light of the Back-Lit panel and the black frame create a striking light-dark contrast. The lighting surface appears visually sharper and better defined thanks to the black surround – a visually very premium impression.

Is the black powder coating scratch-resistant?

Yes. The matt powder coating is significantly more robust than conventional paints. During installation, however, please take care not to drag tools directly across the surface. Light cleaning is done with a dry or slightly damp cloth – without aggressive cleaning agents.

Where can I find the white version of this frame?
