What illuminance level does the Extreme X1 150 W achieve?
At 10 m mounting height and a grid spacing of approx. 5×5 m, you achieve around 300–500 lux on the floor – standard-compliant per EN 12464 for general work areas. For a customised lighting plan, please contact us.
Which output level is recommended for my operation?
HIGH (150 W / 31,500 lm) for high-bay racking and production. MID (120 W / 25,200 lm) for storage and circulation areas. LOW (90 W / 18,900 lm) for off-peak hours or daylit areas. Adjustment via screwdriver directly on the fixture – with the luminaire switched off.
Can the luminaire be dimmed?
Yes – the Philips Xitanium driver supports 0–10 V dimming, making it compatible with building automation systems, presence sensors and daylight-responsive controls.
Is the Extreme X1 suitable for outdoor use?
Thanks to its IP65 rating, the Extreme X1 is suitable for covered outdoor areas (canopies, carports, petrol stations). For unprotected outdoor use with direct rainfall, we recommend a luminaire rated IP66 or higher.
What optional accessories are available?
Optional accessories include a mounting bracket for wall or ceiling installation and a PC reflector to optimise the beam angle. Both are available specifically for the 150 W version.
