Description
Automatic light on movement – with infrared motion sensor
The LED floodlight with built-in infrared motion sensor switches the light on automatically as soon as movement is detected, and off again after an adjustable time – saving energy and providing security and comfort.

How the infrared motion sensor works
The built-in infrared motion sensor detects people within a 120° angle and switches the floodlight on automatically when movement occurs – after the set time has elapsed it turns off again by itself. Three rotary controls let you fine-tune the sensor: LUX (day/night operation or switching threshold), TIME (hold time from approx. 10 seconds to several minutes) and SENS (sensitivity or range up to approx. 10 m). This way the floodlight only lights up when it is really needed – saving energy and increasing security. A permanent-on mode can also be activated.

Mounting & connection
The floodlight is connected to 230 V (connection: L = brown, N = blue, sensor output L’ = red). It is mounted via the adjustable bracket on a wall or ceiling; an installation height of 1–5 m is optimal for the sensor. We recommend that installation and connection be carried out only by a qualified electrician with the supply disconnected.
Applications
The 100 W floodlight is designed for large yards, car parks, warehouses, façades and business premises. With high light output and a 120° beam angle it floods expansive areas with bright, even light. The infrared motion sensor ensures the light only switches on when needed – noticeably reducing energy costs, especially in continuous operation. This makes it ideal for on-demand lighting of commercial outdoor areas.
Why this floodlight pays off
On large areas in particular, the built-in motion sensor pays off especially quickly: instead of burning all night, the floodlight only switches on when needed – saving considerable energy costs over the year. With high light output and a 120° beam angle it floods large yards, car parks and business premises with bright, secure light and reliably deters intruders. The die-cast aluminium housing with toughened glass is protected to IP66 and built for tough, continuous outdoor use. High efficiency of up to 120 lm/W and a long 50,000-hour lifespan keep running costs permanently low. This combines security, comfort and economy in one durable product.
